Oaza is a Romanian non-profit organisation established in 1995 by Laura Andres,a Romanian citizen, to meet the needs of street children in Romania.
Our mission statement is:
"Providing faithful regular contact, food, basic medicines, clothing, legal and medical support and counselling with the specific objectives of; relieving suffering by meeting real rather than perceived need and building trusting relationships whilst ministering basic Christian values, with a view to reintegrating street children into society."
